Why might another chart look different?

Basic strategy changes when the table rules change. A chart that always hits hard 9 and never doubles soft hands is probably for a table that permits doubling only on 10 or 11.

MAC Jack permits doubling on any first two cards. For example, this sheet doubles hard 9 against 3–6, A,6 against 3–6, and A,7 against 2–6. Both charts can be correct when they match their table’s rules.
